Yoga Flow 52 mins, Standing Flow and Seated Postures and Relaxation - Faye Koe Body Soul Yoga

This is a live yoga class taken from this week's classes. It is supported by a lesson plan, see attached link. It can be taken as a 20 minute standing sequence or extended to 52 minutes with the seated postures and yoga nidra relaxation. It is designed in order to promote our students home practice and ofr those that missed this week's class.
