Summer Yoga Flow with Faye Koe BODY SOUL YOGA

This is our first ever Yoga Class Podcast.  This is a recording of our 60 minute Monday morning flow class.  It starts with a settling of the body and mind; so please lay in Savasana, to begin.  We then work into some flowing Asanas.  Then we finish with a Yoga Relaxation.  This Podcast is dedicated to my students.  I hope you are able to access this Podcast and practice over the Summer.
