A slow Yin, yet powerful Hatha Yoga Practice, to open your hips and to help you let go of attachments; and things that are stuck.  Just remember to breathe and let go on the exhalation.  This is taken from a live class and is dedicated to one of my students, Becky.  We finish with a short relaxation in Savasana.
