This live 60 minute yoga vinyasa flow class helps to strengthen and mobilize your spine. We start in child pose, and flow through the sun salutations, building upon our postures. We hold individual postures within the sun salutations to build strength and heat in the body. This class also includes the wonderful opening star salutation. The yoga class is taken from a live Body Soul Yoga Class with Faye Koe December 2015.
