This is a free yoga class, taken from our Friday morning yoga vinyasa class.  It is dedicated to all of my students.  It is designed to enhance your home practice or for you to try again; or if you have missed a lesson you can catch up.  It is a warming, hip opening vinyasa sequence, followed by an autogenic relaxation.  I hope you enjoy it x
