Hello and welcome to Body Soul Yoga, Surrey UK. We teach yoga classes, yoga meditation and yoga relaxation and wellness classes by the beautiful River Thames and we also teach group yoga classes and private yoga sessions online, live from our yoga studio in Walton, Surrey. We also offer daily online yoga classes On Demand, if you’d rather practice from home. You can play the daily video whenever you are ready. If you have never tried yoga before, then we hope that you will give it a try with us. We teach yoga to everyone and everybody, no matter what age, ability or gender. A dynamic flowing practice with Faye Koe, Body Soul Yoga, taken from a live class Jan 2016. Start on all 4's. Flow into Cat and Cow pose. We then warm the body and release the spine with fluid sun salutations. Try Swastikasana and some lovely back bends and twists.

This live 60 minute yoga vinyasa flow class helps to strengthen and mobilize your spine. We start in child pose, and flow through the sun salutations, building upon our postures. We hold individual postures within the sun salutations to build strength and heat in the body. This class also includes the wonderful opening star salutation. The yoga class is taken from a live Body Soul Yoga Class with Faye Koe December 2015.

This is a 40 minute flowing, heat generating and challenging yoga practice. The heat builds in the body. Start standing and why not try one our relaxation sequences afterwards. This sequence is inspired by Roberto Milleti, and his shoulder bliss workshop, following the Om Yoga show in October 2015.
