This yoga podcast is taken from a live Vinyasa flow yoga class at Body Soul Yoga, Surrey. It starts with a settling, and focus on Manipura Chakra, the third chakra, the fire centre. Then there is a strong Vinyasa core asana section; go careful on the wrists. Rest in child's pose if you need to. The Asana practice is aimed at making the core strong, whilst flexible and soft.
