Yoga Asana Practice Exploring The Fire Element 45 Mins with Faye Koe Body Soul Yoga.


We start with a settling for 4 Mins; Then start in child pose.  We then flow through strong postures, and warrior sequence, using the breath to fan the internal fire or Agni. Feel free to add a vinyasa between postures.  We finish with back bends and an abdominal workout.

Finish with our Fire Yoga Nidra.
